Riddim WSM is the brainchild of Wallen E. Welsh, a resident of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; who hails from the north-western city of Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica.

Wally B, as he’s affectionately called in the music circles, has been the chief selector for Ottawa’s most renowned D.J. Sound system, Upfront Promotions.

At Riddim WSM radio, we endeavour to entertain and inform our audiences with music from all genres and engage our listening audience with topics of various kinds.

Although we at Riddim WSM hope to appeal to an audience starting from the 1950s generation, we welcome younger listeners who we trust will have an appreciation for the genres of music that we will feature.

Throughout our broadcast, we intend to hold firm to our credo, which is, to “entertain and inform.”
